Buy any participating Platinum Karaoke product list of products from: Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop, Website, Trade, Concept and Retail stores from November 28, 2025 - January 31, 2026.
Each single-receipt purchase entitles the buyer to one (1) e-raffle entry.
Scan the QR code (microsite link) and fill out the form, uploading the required details and images.
Required registration details include Complete Name, Address, Date of Birth, Email Address, Mobile Number, Dealer Name, Item Unit, Date of Purchase, Product Serial Number, Order Number, Proof of Purchase Image (10MB), and Captured photo of Serial Number you purchased (10MB).
Receipt Validation
Only receipts issued by authorized Platinum Karaoke stores, dealers, or the website are valid.
The receipt must show the store name, date of purchase, product details, and total amount.
Each receipt can only be used once; duplicate or reused receipts will be disqualified.
Blurred, cropped, or altered receipt images will not be accepted.
Product serial numbers will be verified for authenticity.
Fake or tampered submissions will result in disqualification.
Platinum Karaoke may require the original receipt and valid ID before releasing any prize.
Deadline for registration: January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM.
Raffle Draw and Announcement of Winners
All verified entries will be included in the e-raffle draw at the Platinum Karaoke Head Office, supervised by a DTI representative.
The raffle draw will be held on February 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Platinum Karaoke Head Office, in the presence of a DTI representative.
Number of Winners to be Drawn:
5 winners of iPhone 17 Pro Max (256 GB).
10 winners of Trip for 2 in Siargao.
250 winners of 500 load of Timezone Ticket.
A customer may only win once. If drawn again, the prize with the higher value prevails; the other prize will be redrawn.
Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email, and SMS.
Winners will also be announced on Platinum Karaoke official Facebook page (@PlatinumKaraoke).
Prize Claiming and Terms
General Prize Rule: Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
Trip Prize Terms: The trip prize includes Roundtrip ticket and accommodation. It is valid for 1 year from issuance and is transferable but not convertible to cash; other taxes and fees shall be shouldered by the winner.
Claiming Location: Metro Manila winners may claim at Platinum Karaoke Head Office; provincial winners will coordinate shipping arrangements.
Winners must present the following to claim their prize:
Valid government-issued ID.
Original proof of purchase (official receipt).
Product serial number (for verification).
Claiming Period: Within 60 days from receipt of notice.
Forfeiture: Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Platinum Karaoke with prior DTI approval.
General Terms and Conditions
Platinum Karaoke reserves the right to disqualify any non-compliant entry.
The decision of Platinum Karaoke, with DTI concurrence, is final and binding.
All personal information will be handled in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Disqualification: Employees of Platinum Karaoke, its agencies, dealers, partners, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join.
